In the herbalism workshop facilitated by Cuenca de Los Ojos, "we did several things... We gained much knowledge and now we are sharing it with other women. That is the most important aspect of our learning, the ability to pass it on to others. We also exchanged knowledge; Cuenca de Los Ojos brought a group, and we were able to teach them about permaculture and how we practice it. I appreciated this exchange a lot because, although they do plant, they were also able to learn from us, leaving me with a very positive feeling."
